MOSCOW, October 12 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. A court will hear a lawsuit filed by minority shareholders of TNK-BP, a major oil company, against TNK-BP board members Peter Anthony Charow and Richard Scott Sloan behind closed doors, the court spokeswoman told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Wednesday.

The minority shareholders sue the board members for the losses resulted from the failed cooperation with Russian oil giant Rosneft.

The Tyumen Commercial Court on July 19 ordered ВР to submit several dozens of documents related to its frustrated partnership with Rosneft and a number of internal documents.

The court also ordered to provide the claimants with the TNK ВР Limited shareholders' agreement, guidelines for TNK-BP Holding board members, education certificates and documents confirming qualification of Peter Anthony Charow and Richard Scott Sloan.

The minority shareholders claim the TNK-BP shareholders' interests were damaged in the result of the failed cooperation between BP and Rosneft to explore the Arctic shelf and swap shares.
