MOSCOW, December 6 - RAPSI. An appeals court has held for a $6,500 trademark infringement lawsuit filed by the Heineken Ceska republika brewery against Elitvoda.ru, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.ru).

The Heineken Ceska republika brewery is the exclusive owner of the Krusovice trademark.

The court revoked the Moscow Commercial Court's September 20 decision, which held against Heineken in its 400,000 ruble ($13,000) lawsuit.

The appeals court decided that the defendant imported to Russia "Krusovice Imperial," "Krusovice Musketur" and "Krusovice Сеrne" beer without Heineken's consent.
Heineken is a Dutch brewery founded in 1863. It operates 10 production enterprises in Russia.
