New version of Civil Code adoption

Russia’s President Dmitry Medvedev has submitted a draft law to parliament on amendments to the Civil Code, the first part of which was adopted 15 years ago. Medvedev believes that the document, which has been in the works for several years, will strengthen the fundamentals of economic life and enhance the investment climate in Russia.
