Russia’s State Duma passes National Guard oath bill
MOSCOW, July 7 (RAPSI) – The State Duma adopted a draft law on the National Guard oath in a final third reading on Tuesday.
The order of administering the oath is to be determined by the Federal National Guard Troops Service. The document is drafted to eliminate existing conflict of law.
Currently, military and law enforcement services include the oath, except the National Guard.
The bill is to amend the Law on the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.
