National Guard oath bill reaches Russia’s State Duma
MOSCOW, December 10 (RAPSI) – A bill on the National Guard oath has been submitted to the State Duma. The draft law's version is published on the database of the parliament's lower house.
The order of administering the oath is to be determined by the Federal National Guard Troops Service. The document is drafted to eliminate existing conflict of law.
Currently, military and law enforcement services include the oath, except the National Guard.
Bill is to amend the Law on the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.
