MOSCOW, May 22 - RAPSI, Dmitry Schitov. Supreme Court chairman Vyacheslav Lebedev, speaking at a judicial council meeting on Tuesday, brought up the issue of poor execution of judgments. He believes this indicates the inefficiency of justice in Russia and reflects very poorly on the entire judicial system.

The low level of execution of judgments has been a problem for many years and the situation is far from improving, Lebedev said. The lack of judgment executions leads to impunity and consequently results in reoffending, he believes.
