RTI-Systems sues watchdog for branding it a questionable supplier

A court will hear on February 9 a lawsuit filed by the Radio Technical and Information Systems (RTI-Systems) against antimonopoly watchdog to exclude the company from the questionable (mala fide) supplier list.
