Moskalkova seeks observance of healthcare rights of Russian prosecuted in U.S.

Russia’s High Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova has forwarded an appeal in defense of the rights of Russian man Oleg Nikitin prosecuted in U.S. on several charges to the Director of the country’s Federal Bureau Of Prisons Michael Carvaja.
