Kellogg subsidiary turns to Russian court over $2.4 million in taxes

Kellogg Rus, a subsidiary of the US cereals manufacturer, has filed a complaint with the Voronezh Region Commercial Court against the Federal Tax Service’s decision to collect over 90 million rubles ($2.3 million) in tax arrears from the company, the court told RAPSI on Monday.
