Decision to levy $3.8 mln from Gazprom subsidiary suspended

A commercial court in Moscow suspended the execution of the tax inspectorate's decision to impose a fine on the Gazpromavia airline amounting to $3.86 million in taxes, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Wednesday.
