MOSCOW, October 4 (RAPSI) – Investigators in the Donetsk People’s Republic have completed probe into 18 members of the nationalist battalion Aidar banned by the region’s Supreme Court as terrorist.

The criminal case has been forwarded to court for hearing, according to the press service of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office.

All the defendants have committed actions aimed at the violent upheaval and dismantlement of the DPR constitutional order, the statement reads.

Four people are charged with the organization of a terrorist community, 14 others are accused of participation in the activities of such a community.
