MOSCOW, June 21 (RAPSI) — A decree of the State Defense Committee of the self-proclaimed Republic, prohibiting the registration of legal entities, the heads, founders or beneficiaries of which are residents of unfriendly states, has come into force.

The document also provides for a ban on the registration of organizations related to residents of offshore zones, which provide a preferential tax regime and (or) not providing for transparency of information  financial transactions.

According to the decree, already registered companies falling under the new provisions are to ensure that the said persons be dismissed from their respective posts or excluded from the founders of such companies. 

In case of non-compliance with this requirement, such legal entities are to be considered to have ceased their activities, and the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of the Donetsk People's Republic is to remove the respective entries from the Unified State Register no later than 3 working days from the date of expiration of the legally established period.
