MOSCOW, September 27 (RAPSI) – Russian national who had allegedly launched a drone in Warsaw was arrested and charged with violation of Aviation law by Polish authorities, RIA Novosti reported on Tuesday citing the official representative of Russia’s embassy Valeria Perzhinskaya.

As previously reported, Russian national has launched an unmanned aerial vehicle above government buildings including Prime Minister's Department, Belvedere Palace residence of the Polish President and Defense Ministry’s building. He was arrested on Monday.

Charges have been officially brought against the defendant. He could face up to 5 years in prison if convicted.
