MOSCOW, February 2 (RAPSI) - Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed an order banning imports of machinery for state and municipal purposes, RIA Novosti reports on Monday.

Speaking about import replacement issues at a meeting with his deputies, Medvedev said that he signed a special document that bans the import of specific foreign-made machines for state and municipal needs.

According to Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, the banned goods include construction equipment, machinery used for the development of mineral deposits, and municipal and other vehicles.

The deputy prime minister explained that the entire list of banned goods is attached to the government resolution signed by Medvedev.
