MOSCOW, March 30 (RAPSI) – The Supreme Court of Russian on Tuesday upheld the Higher Judges' Qualifications Board’s consent to the institution of criminal proceedings over vehiculary manslaughter against a magistrate judge emeritus from Lipetsk Nadezhda Fedorova, the court’s press service told RAPSI.

The Supreme Court therefore dismissed Fedorova’s administrative lawsuit challenging the Board’s decision.

Reportedly, the traffic fatality involving Fedorova took place in Lipetsk in November 2020. An older woman became the victim of the accident and died.
