MOSCOW, January 11 (RAPSI) – The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow will deliver sentence against mathematics student Azat Miftakhov in a case over the arson of an office of the United Party office on January 18, the court’s press service told RAPSI on Monday.

Prosecution earlier demanded a 6-year prison term for the defendant.

He is charged with the assault on the party’s office in south Moscow in January 2018.

According to investigators, crime figures broke the premises’ window and threw a firer there. A criminal case was opened over hooliganism. Miftakhov pleads not guilty.
