MOSCOW, October 26 (RAPSI) – Investigators have brought bribery charges against a deputy director of the Moscow Customs Sergey Tsukanov, RAPSI has learnt from the Investigative Committee’s press service.

On October 23, Tsukanov was put in detention for two months. He could face from 7 to 12 years behind bars if convicted.

According to investigators, the official has received a 500,000-ruble bribe. In turn, he promised a bribegiver to solve a problem over access to confiscated goods, the statement reads.
