ST. PETERSBURG, September 4 (RAPSI, Mikhail Telekhov) – Thirteen persons, who had allegedly planned mass murders with the use of improvised explosive devices, flame liquids and cold arms, were arrested in several regions of Russia, the Public Relations Centre of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) reports Friday.

According to the statement, the apprehended individuals are also suspected of inducing of Internet users to commit the crimes.

Their criminal plans are confirmed by personal diaries and communication tools seized from them, the FSB claims. The security officers found instructions to prepare liquid flaimes and explosive devices, schemes of plotted attacks on educational institutions, law enforcement buildings and mass gathering places.  All the suspects are Russian citizens, eleven of them are members of a closed social network group, the statement reads.
