MOSCOW, March 13 (RAPSI) - The Lefortovsky District Court of Moscow has extended detention of Crimean resident Ivan Yatskin charged with treason until June 16, his attorney Nikolay Polozov has told RAPSI.

Defense has objected to the extension claiming that the defendant needs medical aid outside the detention facility and has four minor children.

According to investigators, Yatskin has collected state secret information in Crimea to further transfer it to the Ukrainian intelligence officers. The man pleads not guilty.
