MOSCOW, October 2 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Tushinsky District Court on Wednesday collected over 240,000 rubles ($3,700) from organizers of unauthorized rallies in central Moscow in favor of the restaurant Armenia, the court’s press service told RAPSI.

The court granted the claim in part. The plaintiff demanded to recover 551,847 rubles.

Defendants are Alexey Navalny, Ilya Yashin, Ivan Zhdanov, Yulia Galyamina, Georgy Alburov, Lyubov Sobol and other persons.

The plaintiff claimed that on July 27, an unauthorized public event was held on Tverskaya street where the restaurant is situated. In order to avoid destruction of property and infliction of damage to the personnel and visitors the restaurant was to suspend the activity for 10 hours and was caused revenue loss, the lawsuit reads.
