MOSCOW, August 22 (RAPSI) – A court in Khimki, a town in the Moscow Region, has scheduled hearing of a copyright infringement lawsuit against the Swedish furniture corporation IKEA for September 19, RAPSI has learnt in the court’s press service.

A plaintiff seeks to recover compensation for copyright abuse from the defendant.

The claim amount as well as the suit essence has not been disclosed by court.

IKEA is one of the world's largest retail networks selling furniture and household items. The first IKEA store opened in Russia in 2000.
