MOSCOW, June 19 (RAPSI) – A court in the city of Ulan Ude has nixed construction of tourist facilities in the water conservation zone of river Kika located in the central ecological zone of Lake Baikal, the Baikal transregional environmental prosecutor's office informs on its website.

The court has therefore granted an East Baikal interdistrict prosecutor's petition to declare approval of the construction given to a businessman by the Russian Federal Fisheries Agency’s regional directorate illegal.
