MOSCOW, May 22 (RAPSI) – German authorities have extradited Russian national Natalia Madorskaya charged with embezzling 37 million rubles (about $600,000), the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia reports on its website.

Investigators believe that not until November 2011 Madorskaya along with her accomplices developed a criminal scheme of stealing funds of Russian citizens using advertising materials about fictious profit expectations following allocation of money in the Financial Initiative Union consumer credit co-operative.

According to the statement, from April 2012 to May 2014, Madorskaya signed contracts with several individuals and receiver over 37 million rubles from them but failed to return the money.

The woman absconded investigators and was put on the international wanted list. She was arrested in Germany in January.
