MOSCOW, March 22 (RAPSI) – The North Caucasus District Military Court on Friday sentenced Ukrainian national Pavel Gryb to 6 years in penal colony for inducing a Russian schoolgirl to commit a terrorist attack, the court’s spokesperson Alena Katkalo told RAPSI. 

The man was found guilty of facilitating terrorist activities.

According to investigators, from March 27 to May 15, 2017, Gryb persuaded and called through the Internet a girl living in Sochi to commit a terrorist attack during a graduation party on June 30 and then to leave Russia.

The defendant has pleaded not guilty.
