MOSCOW, January 15 - RAPSI. The Second Commercial Court of Appeals in Kirov has developed a computer program to improve the system for notifying all the parties to a lawsuit of their hearing dates, according to a statement released by the court.

The new software builds and maintains a database of documents and processes, and analyzes relevant information, helping courts comply with Article 13.26 of the Administrative Offenses Code which deals with the failure to present the addressee with their court summons on time and in an appropriate format.

The developers said the software includes two user modules: one is a document register, while the other shows relevant statistics in linear charts, histograms and diagrams.
The system is codenamed "13.26" and is registered in the Federal Service for Intellectual Property software list.

The program is designed "to simplify and speed up a number of procedures carried out by court employees, to improve efforts to deliver court summons on time, and to increase efficiency levels," the developers said.

This new program is a joint project of the court and the regional offices of the Federal Bailiffs Service.
