MOSCOW, September 7 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court has postponed until October 15 the consideration of the Cheboksary Air Enterprise's lawsuit to declare Rusline insolvent, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) on Friday.

The case was postponed to allow the applicant time to provide documents regarding the debtor's assets.

Rusline representatives did not attend the trial, although they were duly notified of the case.

The case was submitted to court on July 27.

The Federal Agency for Air Transport reported in June that RusLine was one of the most unpunctual companies according to its figures for May 2012. A total of 9.15 percent of its flights (1,235) were delayed.

RusLine is a Russian airline offering domestic and international regular and charter flights. Its fleet includes 15 Canadian Bombardier CRJ200 aircraft and four Embraer 120 planes.
