MOSCOW, July 18 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court dismissed on Wednesday ZiL's lawsuit to recover $35.14 million from its former managing company MAC, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency on Wednesday.

ZiL claimed that the management agreement was illegally extended from October 2008 to April 2011. The plaintiff seeked to recover the bonuses paid to the company during the period.

On Wednesday, the court attached a number of documents to the case proving "that the managing company's services were overpriced."

Earlier, ZiL's representative said at the hearing that they should declare the agreement null and void, as it had not been approved at a shareholders meeting.

In turn, the defendant said the agreement "has nothing to do with" the meeting.

ZIL is Russia's first automobile plant. It was established in 1916. Its total area is 280 hectares. ZIL mostly produces six-ton gasoline and diesel trucks. The plant also provides special vehicles for the Emergency Ministry.
