MOSCOW, April 24 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court has dismissed without a hearing Arkady Rotenberg and Sergei Pan's lawsuit against German construction companies to recover 4.412 million euro.

The plaintiffs sought to terminate a framework contract and force the defendant to deliver the works.

In a conversation with the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com), a source close to the dispute said the contract concerns repairs and interior finishing on a cottage in an elite village near Moscow.

The lawsuit was filed on February 7.

The litigation began as soon as the parties submitted the required documents.

The defendants are Deutsche Werkstatten Hellerau GmbH, Deutsche Werkstatten D&B GmbH and Deutsche Werkstatten RUS.

Rotenberg and his brother Boris own over a 70-percent stake in the Russian SMP Bank. Arkady also controls Stroygazmontazh, a major Gazprom contractor, and a number of other assets.
