MOSCOW, March 6 - RAPSI. The Moscow District Federal Commercial Court has upheld the dismissal of Fabrikant.Ru's lawsuit invalidating the selection of e-platforms for state auctions by the Economic Development Ministry and the antimonopoly service.

On April 19, the Moscow Commercial Court dismissed the lawsuit. The appeals court left the decision in force.

Fabricant.Ru took part in the contest, but lost. The Antimonopoly Service and the Economic Development Ministry, who are defendants in the case, organized the contest.

Another three companies that participated in the contests and failed to win took part in the case as third parties.

While commenting on the lawsuit, Fabrikant.Ru told RIA Novosti that the plaintiff seeks to cancel the results via court. It also wants a new contest to be held on just terms.

The plaintiff believes numerous civil and antimonopoly legislation violations were made during the contest.

The Fabrikant trade system was developed in 2006 for holding bids online and for procedures dealing with state purchases, trade and purchasing procedures in the nuclear field, and the sale of debtors' property as part of bankruptcy proceedings.
