MOSCOW, February 9 - RAPSI. The Moscow Commercial Court will hear on March 19 the Middle Shopping Mall's lawsuit to recover $121.25 million in expenses from the Finance Ministry under a Red Square development project.

The plaintiff seeks to recover expenses incurred under the Middle Shopping Mall reconstruction project. The mall is a building complex on Red Square.

The reconstruction project was designed in 2000. United Industrial Corporation invested in the project in 2004. The project stipulated the construction of a residential complex with an area of over 70,000 square meters.

The mall was erected in 1889-1893 under the project of Architect Roman Klein. Russia's largest trade center was located here before the revolution. The mall is an architectural monument.
