MOSCOW, December 16 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. The Supreme Commercial Court will not reconsider the court judgment declaring Baltika Brewery guilty of breaking the law on advertising by circulating a vulgar slogan, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).

The court has refused to refer Baltika's appeal to its presidium for reconsideration under a supervisory procedure.

The Thirteenth Commercial Court of Appeals upheld the antitrust watchdog's decision to fine Baltika for violating advertising law.

Baltika Brewery runs 11 factories in Russia and one in Azerbaijan. Its portfolio contains over 40 brands. It exports products to 70 countries and accounts for roughly 70% of Russia's beer exports.
