MOSCOW, December 9 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. A federal commercial court satisfied on Friday Inteco's appeal against the lower courts' adverse decisions in its $4.1 million lawsuit against the Moscow government, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) reports from the courtroom.

Inteco is a diversified construction company and Russia's development market leader. It is engaged in residential and other construction, development of facade finishing techniques, cement production, architectural design, and real estate business.

Inteco sought to recover its expenses for a kindergarten design and turnkey construction near the Arco di Sole residential area.

The kindergarten was built in accordance with an investment contract signed between Inteco and the Moscow government. Under the contract the project implied development of a multipurpose complex, including non-residential premises and underground parking.

A court of cassation remanded the dispute to the Moscow Commercial Court for reconsideration.
