MOSCOW, November 30 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. The court has postponed until December 7 its hearing of VimpelCom's lawsuit against the tax service, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) reports from the court.

VimpelCom is one of Russia's largest integrated telecommunications services operators offering a wide range of wireless, fixed, and broadband services.

VimpelCom filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Commercial Court on July 15, 2011 to revoke the Federal Tax Service's decision to charge the company an additional 939.83 million rubles ($30 million) in profit tax and VAT.

The tax service decided to charge the company additional taxes after the tax authorities inspected VimpelCom's activities between 2007 and 2008.

The court adjourned the trial to allow the claimant to build its case after the tax inspectorate submitted additional documents.
