MOSCOW, September 29 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. The court will hear on October 18 an insurer's and bank's appeals against the antimonopoly authority's decision identifying car insurance violations, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Thursday.

The Moscow Commercial Court upheld on April 29 a decision and an order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service concerning KRK-Insurance, KRK Bank and other seven companies charging them with imposing unfavorable tariffs and terms under optional insurance policies for the cars pledged in the bank. The appeals court sided with the commercial court.

The cassation appeal will be heard by the Moscow District Federal Commercial Court.

KRK-Insurance, formerly Elarix, has been part of the Retail Credit Company since 2005. The Retail Credit Company was founded by Meridian Capital Limited, UK.
