MOSCOW, September 27 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A commercial court will hear on November 3 the tax authority's appeal to declare Inteko-Sochi bankrupt, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Tuesday.

Inteko-Sochi is owned by the brother of Yelena Baturina, Russia's richest woman and the wife of former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov.

Baturina established Inteko with her brother on a 50-50 basis in 1991. However, their relations deteriorated in 2005 when the company made a huge profit.

In February 2007, the relatives signed a second amicable agreement. Baturina maintained a 99-percent stake. Therefore, Inteko's securities were divided, and her brother Viktor received $500 million in its "non-Moscow assets."

The court registered the Federal Tax Service's statement on January 12.

The court suspended the hearing on March 30. The case was postponed until the judicial act on invalidating the tax inspectorate's decision entered into force. Earlier, the judge postponed the hearings under the service's appeal, so the claims could be specified and additional proof could be provided.
