MOSCOW, September 26 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. A commercial court will review for the second time an investor's lawsuit to recover $64 million from the Moscow government and to terminate an investment contract on October 27, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

The Beryozka Cluster Home Community seeks the amount of the actual damages and lost profit.

The claimant maintains that the city authorities violated a contract dated December 28, 2005. Specifically, a construction permit should have been issued in early 2007, but was not.

Beryozka has operated on the construction and investment market since 2005, according to its website.

It specializes in financing construction projects in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
