YESSENTUKI, July 6 – RAPSI. The Russian Supreme Court has begun examining procedure for adjudicating terrorist cases, and intends to finalize a resolution by the end of the year, Court Depury Chairman Anatoly Petrochenkov said.

“We are beginning to examine judicial procedure as it relates to terrorist acts, and plan to approve a corresponding resolution by the end of the year,” Petrochenkov said at a meeting with the heads of the supreme courts of the North Caucasus.

He appealed to the region’s judges for their participation in the work.
