MOSCOW, July 19 (RAPSI) – The American Bar Association’s (ABA) tenth annual conference on resolution of CIS-related business disputes will be held in Moscow on September 27.

The conference will bring together 150 participants, including judicial and corporate lawyers, experts in arbitration, judges and representatives of science and business.

During the conference there will be an opportunity to discuss: sanctions, counter-sanctions and related measures; Russian business litigation update; the cross-border aspects of tax disputes; soft skills in international arbitration and arbitration of international sports disputes.

Other topics of interest: cross-border insolvency and judgment enforcement proceedings; recent developments in investor-state arbitration and enforcement of awards against sovereigns; emerging and predicted uses of artificial intelligence and data analytics in dispute resolution.

The conference is organized by Russian Arbitration Association and will take place on September 27 at Radisson Royal hotel (hotel Ukraine) in Moscow. While held in Russian, simultaneous translation to English will be available.
