MOSCOW, April 29 (RAPSI) - The chairman of the Russian Supreme Court, Vyacheslav Lebedev, earned 8.8 mln rubles ($244,300) last year, which is 2.6 mln rubles more than the year before, according to a statement on the court’s website.

The Russian Supreme Court published the income and property declarations of the court’s high-level officials. The First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court, Pyotr Serkov, made 7.7 mln rubles ($213,700); and Deputy Chairman Vasily Nechayev made 6.6 mln rubles ($183,230). Two other deputies, Anatoly Tolkachenko and Vladimir Khomchik, earned 5.7 mln ($157,240) and 6.6 mln ($183,230) respectively.

In terms of property, Lebedev, as before, owns a 4,000 sq m plot of land and a 583 sq m country house. Also, Lebedev has a 50% share in a 231 square meter apartment.

Of all the Supreme Court judges, Chief Justice for Administrative Cases Valentin Pirozhkov, had the highest income last year, 13.4 mln rubles ($372,000).
