MOSCOW, November 14 - RAPSI. The legal review of former YUKOS chief Mikhail Khodorkovsky's second case has ended, the Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights plan to publish it in September, retired Constitutional Court Judge and council member Tomara Morshyakova told RIA Novosti.

She said its results will not be made public before they are provided to President Dmitry Medvedev.

The council performed the review upon the president's instructions. It reviewed the judgment and the record of judicial proceedings.

Morshyakova refused to provide any details before the results are submitted to the president at a meeting with the council's members in early December.

"The report will be presented to the president and posted on the council's website at the same time," she said.
