MOSCOW, October 4 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A commercial court has dismissed an appeal filed by the Kazakh BTA Bank for a re-financing institution's bankruptcy, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Tuesday.

The court ruling says the bankruptcy administrator of the ATTA Hypotheca refinancing institution has failed to submit a report on his own activities, including the minutes of the first shareholders' meeting. Thus, the bankruptcy case has not been scheduled for a hearing on its merits.

ATTA Hypotheca filed a petition for its own bankruptcy on October 11, 2010.

According to its report, ATTA Hypotheca (formerly known as BTA Hypotheca) is a major Russian non-banking refinancing institution established in 2005 for lenders' refinancing.
