MOSCOW, September 21 - RAPSI. The Supreme Commercial Court will hold the International Forum of the Asian-Pacific Region Countries on September 23, the contractual law will top the agenda, the court reported.

The forum's participants will discuss the issues of business contracts' conclusion and implementation, liability for the breach of contractual terms and so forth, the message reads.

Chairpersons and judges of Australian, Mongolian, Syngaporean, U.S. and Ukrainian supreme courts will take part in the forum.

Russia will be represented by Supreme Commercial Court Chairman Anton Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Igor Manylov, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin, Head of the Working Group to Establish the International Financial Center Alexander Voloshin and Russian judges.

The International Forum of the Asian-Pacific Region Countries, traditionally held by the Vladivostok commercial court, enables judges and legal practitioners to study innovations in the national legal and economic systems in the region.
