NOVOSIBIRSK, August 18 - RAPSI. The Irkutsk Region Commercial Court delayed hearing of a claim to quash the sale of Gora Sobolinaya (Saber Mountain), the largest ski resort in Siberia, to Grand Baikal, a resort and tourism company, the claimant told RIA Novosti.

Baikalsk Pulp and Paper Mill administrator filed the application.

The mill sold the Gora Sobolinaya resort for 584,000 rubles ($21,000) in March 2009. The director has sought invalidation of the sales contract, arguing that the sales price casts doubt upon the validity of the sale.

Grand Baikal runs 10 major recreation camps, recreation centers, and sanatoriums in Irkutsk Region and Buryatia, as well as the Baikal Business Center in Irkutsk.
