Bill on “wounding religious feelings” concept submitted to State Duma
MOSCOW, October 5 (RAPSI) – Communist lawmaker Oleg Smolin has submitted a bill to the State Duma specifying the concept of wounding religious feelings.
The document has been published on the lower house’s database.
Under the bill, actions aimed to wound somebody’s religious feelings may be committed during religious meetings and ceremonies in special places.
