MOSCOW, March 30 (RAPSI) – Russian government has filed a bill allowing authors of the original works of fine art to receive fees after each resale of their works if legal entities or individual entrepreneurs are involved, to the State Duma, the database of the lower house of parliament reads on Thursday.

The bill is aimed at restoration of the Russian Civil Code article, which was in force until 2014. According to that article, the author of a work of fine arts was entitled to receive a reward during each resale if a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur were serving roles of intermediaries, sellers or buyers.
