MOSCOW, December 1 (RAPSI) – The Supreme Court of Russia prepared a bill that limits opportunities to complain about investigative process, Supreme Court Chairman Vyacheslav Lebedev told journalists on Tuesday.

According to Chairman, the court prepared a bill that clarifies the procedure of complaints about the actions of investigators and prosecutors. Current system where a citizen can file a complaint about any move of the investigative team was deemed inefficient by the court. The bill proposes to clarify what actions of the investigation can be challenged in court.

Lebedev has also said that the bill proposes to allow courts not only to point out mistakes in investigative process, but also to remove them altogether.
