MOSCOW, November 1 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. The Supreme Commercial Court's presidium has revoked lower-court legal acts awarding the Top 7 company compensation from three defendants, including a host provider and a file hosting service's owner, for violating its exclusive rights to photos illegally posted on their websites, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported.

The presidium has remanded the case for reconsideration to the primary court.

The Supreme Commercial Court's resolution on whether the host provider and owners of the file hosting services should be held responsible for the illegal distribution of content on their websites by third parties will only be known after the court issues its judgment.
