MOSCOW, June 1 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Basmanny District Court has issued an arrest warrant in absentia for Russian woman Irina Belacheu accused of participation in the attack against Russia’s embassy in Kiev in March 2016, according to the Investigative Committee’s press service.

She is abroad and has been put on the international wanted list, the statement reads.

Investigators earlier received evidence of involvement of Russians Mikhail Agafonov and Irina Belacheu in the anti-Russian action. From March 5 to 10, 2016, a group of rebellious people intentionally and in conspiracy committed several attacks against the Russian Federation embassy to aggravate international relations between Russia and Ukraine.

They were with assault on the institution under international protection. 

Earlier, several other defendants were identified and brought to criminal liability, including 7 citizens of Ukraine. They are on a wanted list.
