MOSCOW, November 13 (RAPSI) – Russia’s courts granted 98% of employees’ claims in disputes over labour payments, Chair of the Supreme Court Vyacheslav Lebedev said during a Chinese international cooperation forum on Friday.

Russian justice has a social focus. Thus, in civil proceedings courts granted 42% of reemployment demands, 98% of wage claims, 88% demands of pension rights protection, 83% of consumer rights protection suits and 93% of petitions for compensation of damages caused to health and life, Lebedev stated. 

Moreover, there were granted 72% of social insurance demands and 57% of claims in the field of healthcare, he added.
