MOSCOW, December 23 (RAPSI) – Investigative authorities have brought final charges against Alexey Veresov, a defendant in a case over murder threats against a judge and extremism, his attorney Maxim Pashkov has told RAPSI.

Investigators claim that the defendant’s actions fall under the definition of murder threat against a judge. Earlier, they qualified them as public calls for extremism committed with the use of information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet.

Veresov was detained by the Basmanny District Court of Moscow in November.  Just before he was transported from the Udmurt Republic and questioned by investigators.

According to investigators, on a social network he called to incinerate a Moscow City Court’s judge.
